Profile Builder

A colourful and motivating audio-enhanced program that takes learners through a series of choices to create a personal profile with illustrations. Designed for use with young people with learning difficulties and disabilities or with students for whom English is not their first language it provides useful preparation for career planning, annual reviews and interviews

Each Profile Builder pack contains a CD with accessories including:

• 12 folders with full colour covers that students can use to present their personal profile printouts
• 12 sets of 24 colourful adhesive stickers
• a user guide explaining the key features and how to install and customise the CD

• The program can be tailored to meet students' needs by omitting, adding or changing the order of sections
• Rafi and Sarah encourage the user to work through the sections of the program by reading out the questions
• Optional audio feature enables users to listen to Rafi or Sarah as they read the text
• Users can choose which sections to work through from a range that includes personal strengths, leisure interests, work factors and work styles
• Over 350 hand-drawn visual images to encourage users to decide their preferences
• Users can stop at any time and their data is saved automatically
• At their next session users are automatically returned to the point where they left off last time
• Users can print out their pictorial personal profile at the end of each section or at the end of the program
